Return & Refund Policy
Terms & Conditions:
- At YOLO Jackets UK, we aim for you to love what you wear, but we know this is not always possible, and therefore, we are happy to offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy that begins on the day it is delivered to you. You are able to return any jacket that is unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging. We ask that you try the jacket on carefully without cutting tags or damaging the fabric. If the returned item has wear marks, stains, the scent of perfume, or any damage, we reserve the right to decline the return request.
- To initiate your return, email us at contact@yolojackets.co.uk with your order number, the return reason, and clear pictures (if your item is damaged/defective). Our customer service will review your request and will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back without confirming with customer service, as we cannot process a return that is not authorized.
- If you want to return the jacket, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return unless you received a jacket that was defective, damaged, or a wrong jacket altogether. We highly recommend you use a courier service with a tracking number. We do not take responsibility for jackets lost by a courier service. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned jacket, you will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. Your refund will go back to the payment method used to make a purchase. If you used a debit/credit card, the bank may take a couple of additional business days to show the refund in your account.
- Finally, please be aware that custom jackets, final sale jackets, and jackets that exceed the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any jacket return that does not comply with our return policy.
