Order Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions:
- We understand that after an order has been placed, a change of mind may occur. Therefore, we allow you to cancel an order within 24 hours of the purchase. If you do want to cancel your order, send a cancellation request to us right away via e-mail at contact@yolojackets.co.uk, and include your order number. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will notify you that your order has been canceled, and your refund will be released (after any cancellations or refunds, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price).
- If your order has already moved into production or has been delivered, we will not be able to cancel your order. You can always wait to receive the item, and then carefully follow the return process for a return. Custom-made and made-to-order jackets cannot be cancelled once production has begun, since they are custom-designed jackets.
- We want to be fair and transparent on all cancellations. If you have questions about modifying your order, please contact our support team.
